BiographyI joined BoyarMiller's Business Group in November 2011. My practice is primarily devoted to private securities, corporate and real estate transactions. My experience co-founding a software company prior to joining the firm has given me a fundamental connection with the needs of business owners.
Prior to joining BoyarMiller, as a summer associate for a large firm in Houston, I worked on various corporate matters including private and public offerings as well as a going-private transaction. While working for the Community Development Clinic at The University of Texas School of Law, I represented clients on matters including an entity formation and a non-profit merger.

- Represented a Texas-based 24-hour emergency medical care company in connection with a vested stock option agreement.
- Represented a water desalination company in a $5 million recapitalization matter.
- Represented an investment fund, securing a $7 million loan to an oilfield services company.
