I am proud to be Chairman of Boyar & Miller and lead our team in pursuit of our mission. We are driven to produce value for our clients, and to do so we must be as results-driven as our clients.

My practice focuses on representing the various parties involved in the acquisition, disposition, capitalization and financing of assets and businesses on a national and international level. I have served as lead counsel on numerous complex, multi-party acquisitions and project financings, with significant experience in real estate, hospitality, corporate finance, healthcare, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. I also assist clients in their strategic planning and capital formation processes, maintaining a network of private and institutional clients and contacts worldwide. Additionally, I write a monthly column for the Houston Business Journal called "Building Business."

I am a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and the Houston Bar Foundation and a member of the Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys. I am Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee of SEARCH Homeless Center and I'm a past Chairman of the Board and a current Board member and a member of the Executive Committee of the End Hunger Network - Houston.

My wife, Pam, and I are active in the End Hunger Network, the SEARCH Homeless Center, the Post Oak Montessori School and Episcopal High School. Our son, Justin, is a recent graduate of Tulane University and works in New York in the real estate finance business and our son, Sam, is a freshman at the University of Texas in Austin. We are a family of avid golfers.
