I joined the Litigation Group in August 2006 after taking part in the Summer Clerk Program. My practice encompasses many business litigation matters, including defense of employers in employment cases, landlord/tenant disputes, business torts and general commercial and corporate litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, I was a law clerk at a high-profile national corporation where I was involved in employment and commercial litigation, as well as general business legal matters. In addition, prior to going to law school I was in a management position at an international Fortune 100 company for over five years.
I was a member of the United States Army for five years, and served proudly as an Airborne Ranger in Savannah, Georgia. I am currently a member of the Christian Legal Society and the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston.
My wife and I love being active in our church in Kingwood and enjoy spending time together doing any activity that involves our two boys.
