WE ARE FORTUNATE to have an excellent team of administrative, marketing, accounting and legal support staff at BoyarMiller. Every member of our staff plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the firm and is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients—both internally and externally.

"I have been with the firm since 1986 and assist both the Business and Litigation groups. Part of my job is to provide support to each of the attorneys in connection with whatever transactions they may be working on. Among many of the services that I provide, my primary job is in the corporate area, meaning that I help organize corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships as well as preparing many of the formation documents, such as articles of incorporation, certificates of limited partnership, limited partnership agreements, and regulations, along with various consents and resolutions.

Much time has passed since I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Chris Hanslik in 1997, and it was with Chris that I came to BoyarMiller in 2004.
