24 Physicians File Suit Against Sadler Clinic
By: Howard Roden, The Montgomery County CourierApril 12, 2010
On April 12, 2010, The Montgomery County Courier ran an article following 24 physicians who filed suit against Conroe-based Sadler Clinic believing their employment contracts are unenforceable under current Texas law.
Chris Hanslik, BoyarMiller Vice Chairman and attorney for the group of physicians, was quoted in the article saying, “The reason for the lawsuit is to obtain a judicial decision, so these doctors can continue to provide medical services to their patients in the Montgomery County area.”
It is the physicians’ claim, Hanslik says in his filing, that their employment agreements do not contain the “required elements of an enforceable restrictive covenant for physicians.”
