BoyarMiller Adds Corporate and Real Estate Associate to Business Group

HOUSTON (Nov. 8, 2016) – Business attorney Taylor Lamb has joined BoyarMiller, a Houston business and litigation law firm, as an associate in the firm’s business group. A real estate and corporate lawyer, Lamb’s practice consists of corporate and real estate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, acquisition and leasing.

Prior to joining the firm, Lamb was an associate at Gray Reed & McGraw PC. Following law school, she worked at the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs coordinating policy and logistics between the White House and the Cabinet.

Lamb graduated from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law. She is a member of the Houston Bar Association Mergers & Acquisitions Section and the Association of Women Attorneys, as well as on the Board of the Houston Lawyer Referral Service.
