Cassie Stinson Named Shareholder of BoyarMiller
HOUSTON (June 10, 2014) – BoyarMiller, a leading business and litigation law firm, announces the election of Cassie B. Stinson as a shareholder. Stinson joined the firm in 2012 as Counsel and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate law, public-private partnership projects, corporate transactions and public law.

Stinson’s practice covers the commercial real estate industry with emphasis on complex projects and multi-party transactions. She has significant experience with multi-faceted public-private partnerships and handles real estate acquisitions, dispositions, project structuring and more.
She is involved in numerous civic organizations and currently serves as Committee Chair for the Urban Land institute’s Houston Women’s Leadership Initiative, as well as on the Advisory Board of the Houston District Council.
Among her professional recognitions, Stinson was named a Texas Super Lawyer, Commercial Real Estate the last three consecutive years, and selected for inclusion in the 2014 The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law. Additionally, she was named one of the Top 15 Women in Commercial Real Estate in Houston in 2012 by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Houston.
Stinson graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, is licensed to practice in Texas and California and is a member of the federal, state and local bar associations.
