Colby Hodges Joins BoyarMiller as Litigation Group Associate
HOUSTON (March 17, 2016) – Colby Hodges has joined BoyarMiller, a Houston business and litigation law firm, as an associate in the litigation group. His practice focuses on the representation of business entities in complex commercial litigation matters, as well as labor and employment disputes.
Hodges has handled a wide array of matters for clients to resolve issues across a broad spectrum of business-related tort matters. His work has included breach of contract, breach of warranty, employee fraud, tortious interference, copyright infringement, construction defect, trade secret theft, employee non-competition and claims regarding deceptive trade practices.
Colby received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2010, where he was an articles editor for the South Texas Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in communication from Texas A&M University in 2006.
