Commercial Real Estate Attorney Hilary Tyson Joins BoyarMiller as Business Group Counsel
HOUSTON (June 29, 2015) – Hilary Tyson joins BoyarMiller, a business and litigation law firm, as counsel in the firm’s business group. A commercial real estate attorney and fourth-generation Houstonian, Tyson returns to Houston after practicing law in the Dallas area for more than 11 years.
Her practice consists of representing developers, homebuilders and equity investors in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, leasing, dispositions and entity formation.
“Hilary is very talented and an excellent addition to our business group and our strong real estate team,” said Steve Kesten, firm shareholder and business group chair. “We are pleased that she has returned to Houston and has chosen BoyarMiller as her new firm.”
Tyson’s experience includes drafting and negotiation of contracts and other agreements in connection with the acquisition, financing and development of real estate, ground leases, leases, mixed-use and residential subdivision and condominium restrictions, and partnership agreements and other entity formation documents.
“BoyarMiller has been consistently ranked as a leading real estate firm in Houston,” said Tyson. “Just as importantly, the firm’s culture and work ethic is a perfect fit with my style and the way we service clients. I am extremely proud to join this team.”
Formed in Houston in 1990, BoyarMiller comprises two practice groups: business and litigation. The business group serves multinational companies, middle-market businesses and entrepreneurs in need of collaborative and strategic representation. The litigation group represents organizations of all sizes, from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies, seeking to resolve complex business issues and employment disputes.
