Isaac Idicula joined BoyarMiller in 2021 as an Associate in the Business Group. His practice is focused on corporate law and he has represented companies ranging from Fortune 500 to start-up ventures.

Isaac Idicula represents business owners and corporate clients in a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and other business matters. He previously worked for the Legal Information Institute where he published six viewpoint-neutral legal previews of upcoming Supreme Court cases for the Institute.

After graduating with a BS, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston, Honors College, he studied economics abroad. Isaac earned a JD from Cornell University Law School where he was the Acquisitions Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He also received certificates in business law and regulation, and management and leadership for lawyers.

He is proficient in the Malayalam, a South Asian language, and enjoys traveling and reading
