Marcy Winter Wilkins joined the Business Group in June 2018. Her practice is primarily devoted to representing businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial real estate, real estate development, and business negotiations and transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and entity formation.
Prior to joining BoyarMiller, as an associate for a boutique firm in Waco, Texas, Marcy worked on various commercial real estate and business matters, including both transactional work and complex litigation, as well as construction contracts, consulting contracts, and vendor contracts. In addition to serving clients, Marcy worked as an adjunct professor at Baylor Law School, where she taught a second-year course in transactional writing. Her strong communication skills enable her to help clients understand complex information.
Marcy earned her JD from Baylor Law School, where she served as the Managing Senior Executive Editor of Baylor Law Review.
Marcy’s love of long distance running has helped her appreciate the importance of perseverance and passion, and she brings those same qualities to her legal practice. Marcy is committed to delivering quality work for her clients on a consistent basis.
