Andrew D. Kanaly, Chairman & CEO
Kanaly Trust
Drew joined Kanaly Trust in 1983 and has more than 26 years of experience in trust and investments. Since earning his BBA in Finance from the University of Houston, he has attended the American Bankers Association's National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University; the Texas Bankers Association Regional Trust School at Southern Methodist University; and earned a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. As an account officer, Drew manages the on-going investment strategies and personal financial programs of 110 family relationships. He specializes in investment management, charitable trusts, and family limited partnerships.

David W. Sargent
Growth Capital Partners
David is Founder, CEO, President and Director of Growth Capital Partners, L.P. Prior to forming Growth Capital Partners, David was employed by Prudential-Bache Securities for seven years where he assisted with the start-up of its Dallas Corporate Finance office to provide corporate finance services to clients based in the Southwest. In 1989, Mr. Sargent was promoted to Vice President with responsibilities for developing new business in the region. While at Prudential-Bache Securities, his main focus was assisting small and middle-market companies to raise equity and debt capital for corporate growth. David was also involved with valuation and restructuring work. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College.

Thomas J. Melody
Jones Lang LaSalle
Tom co-leads the Real Estate Investment Banking (REIB) practice which is part of the Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets Group. As Executive Managing Director, Tom focuses on national lender relationships, high profile loan originations and debt restructurings for owner and lender clients. He has specifically advised clients on more than $8 billion of debt/equity origination and/or product disposition over the past 10 years. Tom has focused his attention primarily on institutional retail, office and multifamily real estate and has been involved with both debt and equity placement as well as complex real estate transactions. The REIB practice incorporates debt/equity origination, investment sales, loan/note sales, distressed asset services, loan workouts & modifications and investment advisory services. Tom holds a MS Degree from MIT, BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Steve Stephens
Amegy Bank of Texas
A founding employee of Amegy Bank of Texas, Steve became President of Amegy in December 2009. Amegy has grown to more than $11 billion in assets with over 75 locations since Steve joined the bank in 1990 as Executive Vice President. During his tenure at Amegy, Steve has led the bank's commercial banking, retail, and private banking activities. He has been engaged in all aspects of the bank, which include helping to keep Amegy's commitment to doing an outstanding job for its customers as well as being an advocate for the bank and its employees. Steve attended Texas Christian University and received his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston.
