Acquisition of XL Parts Recognized as Finalist in the 8th Annual International M&A Awards
It was a big deal! The acquisition of XL Parts, represented by the BoyarMiller team, has been recognized as a finalist in the prestigious 8th Annual International M&A Awards by M&A Advisor. The awards are part of the 2016 International Financial Forum, an annual congregation of the most active and accomplished global dealmakers.
The acquisition of XL Parts by Marubeni is a finalist in the following categories:

- Corporate and Strategic Acquisition of the Year (Over $100MM – $500MM)
- US – Asia Deal of the Year
- Cross Border M&A Deal of the Year (Over $100mm – $250mm)
