Diego A. Pacheco

Associate*, Business Group

Diego’s practice is primarily devoted to representing domestic and foreign businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial real estate, real estate development, and business negotiations and transactions. His work includes representing clients in acquisitions, leasing, entity and joint venture formation, and dispositions of raw and improved property,  residential subdivision development, and commercial development. Diego joined BoyarMiller as a full-time attorney after participating in the firm’s summer clerk program. During law school, he served as an active board member for the Chicano Hispanic Law Students’ Association, as well as serving as an Editor for the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law & Policy. A Spanish- and French-speaker and former high school teacher and soccer coach, Diego’s strong communication skills enable him to help clients understand complex information and ensure that their business problems are solved. Outside of becoming an excellent lawyer, he enjoys watching and playing soccer, cheering on the Astros, and enjoying Houston’s world-class restaurants.
