Lyndsay Fincher’s practice is primarily devoted to representing domestic and foreign entities and individuals in a wide range of corporate and commercial real estate matters including raising capital through private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, finance, employment, corporate formation and restructuring as well as leasing and land acquisition, disposition and development.
As a dean’s scholar at South Texas College of Law, Lyndsay served as the Managing Editor for the Texas Business Journal, the official publication of the State Bar of Texas. During that time, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Bohm and with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Prior to law school, Lyndsay was a sixth grade math and science teacher at Yes Prep Public Schools.
