Rebecca Bombard represents corporate clients and entrepreneurs in various business matters including corporate formation and governance, restructuring, contract negotiations, private equity, and general business matters.
She graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she served on the Corporate Counsel Review and was a member of The International Legal Honors Society of Phi Delta Phi. She joined BoyarMiller after working as a general manager of a start-up company to oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations and employees.
