Trust Representation
We realize that engaging in trust litigation is difficult, and our clients want to move forward with their lives. We strive to understand their situations, and we shoulder their burdens as our own until we can resolve them.
Our team represents clients who are challenging a trust, and those who are defending a trust. We also assist trustees who are disputing with beneficiaries and are accused of mismanaging a trust. Among the type of disputes we work to resolve are:
- Claims that the trust is invalid based on undue influence (extortion, blackmail, lack of free will)
