Represented several large corporate fiduciaries in their respective roles as trustees, executors, and administrators of estates in both contested lawsuits and administrative matters related to wills, trusts, and estates.

Over the last three years, I have closed 12 asset or equity acquisition transactions representing a private equity backed drug and alcohol testing corporation in its aggressive acquisition strategy to quickly increase its overall market share of the workplace safety solution and third party administrator business in North America.

Defended two Montgomery-area physicians against claims by their former employer. The former employer, a Conroe-area hospital, alleged the physicians breached a noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreement when they left to work for another hospital. Successfully obtained a summary judgment that the physician noncompetition agreements were not enforceable because they did not contain a clause related to the continuing care of patients with acute illnesses. The case settled soon after the court granted the physicians’ motion for summary judgment.
