Summer Associate Program
Our Summer Associate Program is an opportunity to experience what it is like to be part of the BoyarMiller team. We recruit candidates, who will have finished their second year, to spend weeks before their third year preparing for a job with us after graduation.
Summer Associates work on actual client matters with attorneys in both practice groups – business and litigation – during an eight-week program. These associates participate in rewarding work, learn from some of the best legal minds, and enjoy the firm’s summer activities outside the office.

BoyarMiller Attorney Mentoring Program
Our one-on-one mentorship program pairs shareholders and associates for a rich learning and leadership development initiative. We provide monthly topics for discussion and foster authentic communications to enrich learning and to advance our associates’ professional growth. This pairing rotates annually so that each year associates gain new insights from a different shareholder’s perspective.
