ACG Recognizes Four BoyarMiller Client Transactions Finalists In Prestigious 2020 Deal of the Year Awards

HOUSTON (April 12, 2021) – BoyarMiller is proud to announce that four client transactions conducted in 2020 have been named by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston as finalists in its 2020 Deal of the Year Awards program.
The awards honor Houston’s middle-market deals and dealmakers driving growth and resulting in new jobs, capital formation, and the advancement of meaningful business relationships.
The four deal finalists represented by BoyarMiller are: Amtel Parters and Amtel New York Holdings, Inc. acquired Personal Communications Center, Inc., A New York Corporation; Cheryl K, LLC acquired by Ingram Barge Company LLC; The Theut Company acquired by Denver Glass Interiors; and Quest acquired by UFP Industries.
