Alex Wolf Elected BoyarMiller Shareholder

HOUSTON (Jan. 7, 2026) – BoyarMiller is pleased to announce that Alex Wolf has been elected a shareholder of the firm effective January 1. Alex joined the firm’s Litigation Group in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024.
With a focus on general business and complex commercial litigation, Alex works with individuals and businesses of all sizes, providing smart, strategic representation in early dispute resolution and all facets of litigation. Most recently, Alex successfully obtained injunctive relief in both state and federal court and also achieved favorable outcomes in both trial and arbitration. Her experience spans a wide range of employment and workplace matters, contract and partnership conflicts, trade secret misappropriation, and business torts. Alex also counsel clients in various non-litigation matters, from general dispute-related guidance to third-party subpoenas. As a shareholder, Alex will continue to play a key role in guiding clients through high-stakes scenarios and delivering practical, business‑focused solutions.

Outside her work at BoyarMiller, Alex actively contributes to the community through her involvement with the national nonprofit Undies for Everyone, where she serves on the Board of Directors. She was also recently recognized among Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2026 honorees and was named a Houstonia Top Lawyer in 2020. Alex earned her JD from the University of Houston Law Center and her BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
