Brittany Rupple is a member of BoyarMiller’s Litigation Group. Brittany represents clients in trial court litigation as well as arbitration and mediation. Brittany has experience in the areas of business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, estate litigation, employment and general civil litigation. She diligently manages her cases throughout the litigation process to achieve efficient and effective outcomes.

Brittany Rupple is a member of BoyarMiller’s Litigation Group. Throughout her practice, Brittany has successfully represented both individuals and entities in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including general business disputes involving breach of contract claims, negligence, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims, as well as real estate-related disputes involving landlord-tenant disputes, eviction issues, construction claims, and mechanic’s liens. Brittany also has experience in estate matters such as will contests, trust modifications, and fiduciary litigation. Brittany attended Baylor University School of Law in Waco, where she received academic honors. During law school, Brittany interned for the United States Attorney’s Office in Austin, the Texas Innocence Project, and for the Honorable Judge Jeffrey C. Manske in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. While at Lipscomb University, Brittany was a scholarship athlete for the Women’s Soccer Team where she played for four years.
