Michael Bailey

Michael Bailey is an associate in the firm’s litigation group focusing on commercial, real estate, and employment litigation. He is dedicated to providing strategic legal guidance, empowering clients to handle high-pressure situations with clear insight and assurance.

His background includes complex commercial, real estate, and business tort litigation, including first- and second-chair roles in jury and bench trials across Texas. He has managed all phases of litigation, from pretrial strategy and discovery to post-judgment enforcement, while advising business leaders and in-house counsel on risk and case development. Over the course of representing clients in more than 250 civil cases, he’s built a strong track record in trial advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship management.

Michael is a graduate of South Texas College of Law. There he was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a member of the Texas Exes Law Society
