HOUSTON (March 30, 2026) – Four BoyarMiller deals have been named as finalists by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston Chapter Deal of the Year Awards 2025.
The ACG Deal of the Year Awards spotlight the achievements of Houston’s middle-market deal community, featuring leaders from private equity, law, investment banking, accounting, and specialty advisory firms, along with corporate executives and entrepreneurs. An independent panel of business leaders evaluates the deals, judging each transaction on its economic and strategic impact, stakeholder value, professional expertise, and overall narrative.
