Melissa Zuniga is a paralegal in BoyarMiller’s Real Estate Practice Group, bringing experience in both real estate and corporate matters. A significant part of her role involves working closely with attorneys and clients to facilitate transactions and ensure successful closings. Behind the scenes, Melissa coordinates with a wide range of parties—including title companies, surveyors, opposing counsel, and lender teams—to help ensure each closing is smooth, efficient, and timely.

Melissa thrives in the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the legal field. Particularly during closing periods, she enjoys the challenge of managing multiple transactions at various stages, each with its own complexities. The ever-changing workflow keeps her engaged and motivated, as no two days are ever the same.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and her two pups. Her interests are as dynamic as her workday—ranging from two-stepping and attending raves to staying active with pickleball. She embraces a balance of fun, energy, and connection in her personal life.
