BoyarMiller Represents Landlord in Leasing of 14,500 Square-Foot Facility

BoyarMiller represented New Life Baptist Church of Houston in the lease of its 14,500 square foot school facility. Working in concert with Colliers International, BoyarMiller successfully assisted New Life Baptist Church in the lease of its school facility to its new tenant, Houston Classical, Inc., who was represented by Savills.

The facility will become the new location of the Houston Classical Charter School. This turn-key school facility sits on approximately 2 acres and is situated along Westpark Tollway just west of Highway 6. With great accessibility to Westpark Tollway, the location allows for easy student pick up and drop off. Presently, the school plans to open its doors in August 2020 to students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
