Andrew Pearce Honored with President’s Award
BoyarMiller is proud to announce that Litigation Group Associate Andrew Pearce will be recognized at the 2012 Houston Bar Association’s Annual Dinner by the HBA President Denise Scofield with a President’s Award for his outstanding contributions as co-chair of the Eikenburg Law Week Fun Run Committee.
The Houston Bar Association’s 27th Annual John J. Eikenburg Law Week Fun Run was held on March 24, 2012. This year, the committee successfully met its goal of surpassing the $1 million mark in total contributions to THE CENTER since the run’s inception in 1986 and the run set a single year record for the total amount contributed to THE CENTER. The event featured an 8K run, a one-mile non-competitive children’s run, and a non-competitive one-mile family walk.
THE CENTER is a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to reach their full potential and to contribute to their community through education, job training, socialization, community living, and health care.
