Drew Kanaly – Chairman, Kanaly Trust
Drew is Chairman of Kanaly Trust. In addition to his leadership position, he continues to manage the ongoing investment strategies and personal wealth management programs of several family relationships. Drew directs the development and administration of personal and family trust accounts including charitable trust, private charitable foundations, family limited partnerships, revocable living, testamentary, and custodial trusts for minors, IRA and IRA Rollover accounts along with estate administration and any other client-specific financial needs as they arise. He specializes in investment management, charitable trusts, and family limited partnerships. Since earning his BBA in Finance from the University of Houston, Drew has attended the American Bankers Association’s National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University; the Texas Bankers Association Regional Trust School at Southern Methodist University; and earned a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. Drew joined Kanaly in 1983 and has 30 years of experience in trust and investments.

Colt Luedde – Managing Director, GulfStar Group
Colt has more than 25 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Throughout his career, Colt has completed more than 100 merger and acquisition transactions helping entrepreneurs obtain liquidity via the sale of their business to either a strategic buyer or to a private equity firm. In addition, he has completed numerous merger and acquisition advisory assignments helping business owners expand their business by acquiring other companies and, in many cases, has also raised the capital required to complete the acquisition via the private placement of both equity and debt. He has deep transactional experience advising the owners of manufacturing, distribution, service and software businesses in the industrial and energy (downstream, midstream and upstream) and sectors of the economy. He has also worked extensively in other sectors such as aerospace, business services and consumer. He serves on the board and is a past-President of the Association for Corporate Growth (Houston Chapter) and is a board member of the Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Center for Private Equity Research at The University of Texas. Colt earned a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Brandon Annett – Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets & Syndicated Finance, Texas Capital Bank
Mr. Annett joined Texas Capital Bank in May 2012 as Managing Director and Head of Texas Capital Bank’s Syndicated Finance group. Brandon has approximately 20 years experience in the credit and capital markets, and prior to Texas Capital Bank served as Managing Director in the Syndicated Finance Group at BBVA Compass.
Prior to that, Brandon served as a Director at Concerto Asset Management in Charlotte, North Carolina where he was responsible for business development, including maintaining relationships with and sourcing investment assets from syndicate desks of large financial institutions. Before Concerto, Brandon served as a Director in the Leveraged Finance group at Wachovia Securities, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing syndicated loan and high yield bond transactions for companies and financial sponsors, primarily in the Media and Communications industries.
Brandon holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University.
