This HYLA CLE 2nd Boot Camp program will be January 18, 2018, at Haynes and Boone, LLP at 3:00 p.m.
BoyarMiller will be speaking at the event as part of the panel walking participants through several stages of the case; sharing helpful litigation checklists, tips, practice questions, etc. for each phase of the litigation.
This Boot Camp will gather panels of HYLA members from big, medium, and small firms to focus on specific litigation skills, such as how to draft a legal research memorandum, how to take/defend a deposition, how to handle lay/expert witnesses, how to impeach a witness, how to prepare for oral argument, how to prepare for trial, and more. With a networking happy hour immediately following the program. 2 hours of MCLE credit, including .75 ethics.
