Join the ULI Young Leaders at the Tasting Room – Uptown Park for a discussion — led by BoyarMiller’s Blake Royal — about the legal aspects of a real estate acquisition. Blake, and members of the BoyarMiller Business Group, will discuss a traditional commercial real estate acquisition transaction from a legal and contractual perspective, beginning with the earnest money contract, continuing through the due diligence and inspection phase, including title and survey review, and ending with what to expect at a closing. They will also highlight the typical documents used in an acquisition, along with areas of negotiation and potential trouble spots.
