Builders Reshape How the Area Will Grow

On December 8, The Houston Chronicle ran an article on the front page of its Business Section covering BoyarMiller’s recent breakfast forum “The Houston Commercial Real Estate Markets: What’s Ahead for 2014”.  The following is an excerpt from the article:

“From mixed-use centers to elaborate corporate campuses and high-density housing projects, local builders are reshaping the way real estate is developed in Houston.

Their decisions on where and what to build are being influenced by the booming economy that has led to a surge in population.

Roadway expansions, too, are opening up new markets and demographic shifts are creating unique opportunities for those who put up buildings where people live, work and shop.

Those were some of the topics developers discussed last week at a real estate breakfast forum hosted by law firm BoyarMiller.”
