Doctors File Suit Against Sadler Clinic

On August 28, 2010, The Montgomery County Courier ran the following article as part of the continuing coverage of the Sadler Clinic/physician lawsuit. Most recently, the five physicians who recently resigned from Sadler Clinic filed suit against the health care system last week, challenging the non-compete clause in their employment contracts.

Chris Hanslik, BoyarMiller Vice Chairman and attorney for the group of physicians, was quoted in the article saying that while he is “hopeful” to sit down with Sadler Clinic officials and “work out something,” he considered filing the lawsuit a necessary step.
