Ex-Sadler Physicians Exploring Their Options

On April 21, 2010, The Montgomery County Courier ran the following article as part of the continuing coverage of 24 physicians who filed suit against Conroe-based Sadler Clinic believing their employment contracts are unenforceable under current Texas law.

Chris Hanslik, BoyarMiller Vice Chairman and attorney for the group of physicians, was quoted in the article saying he could see Sadler Clinic seeking an injunction to stop the physicians from practicing medicine within the 22-mile radius.
