Houston Chronicle’s Deal of the Week: Huge industrial park sells

The Houston Chronicle listed the Cedar Crossing Industrial Park as the “Deal of the Week” on December 13th. BoyarMiller attorneys Bill Boyar and Cassie Stinson advised TGS Cedar Port Partners.

“TGS Cedar Port Partners has purchased the 10,897-acre Cedar Crossing Industrial Park in Baytown, the biggest industrial park in the Houston area and one of the world’s largest, and is planning a major expansion of its rail capacity.

The property was sold by Cedar Crossing LP, a partnership of local investors managed by Charles Iupe, which had owned it since 2000.”
