Leading the Way – Commercial Real Estate Development

On June 22, 2010, Bill Boyar, BoyarMiller Chairman, was quoted in an online article that examines recent commercial activity at The Royalton at River Oaks high rise property and the surrounding Allen Parkway/ Waugh/West Dallas areas. Bill says:

“…typically residential development drives commercial, but there is often a period of infill after a recession, which leads to the reverse.  The situation at the Royalton is a prime example of post-recession infill and says the Whole Foods is acting as a catalyst to push the area ahead of the curve…”
