Sadler Clinic and Doctors Reach Settlement

On June 3, 2010, The Montgomery County Courier reported that “twenty-four physicians resolved their disputes with Sadler Clinic this week, allowing those doctors to practice medicine in Montgomery County without any further legal challenges.
Attorneys for both sides confirmed Thursday night that an agreement in principle had been attained through mediation.”
Chris Hanslik, BoyarMiller Vice Chairman and attorney for the group of physicians, was quoted in the article saying “the settlement is to the mutual satisfaction of all parties.”
