Taking a Fresh Look at Energy
By: Greg Miller, Energy BisnowMarch 26, 2012
On March 26, 2012, Energy Bisnow ran an online article covering BoyarMiller’s March 22 Perspectives on the Energy Industry Breakfast Forum. The following is an excerpt from the article:
If the Keystone pipeline is not built, oil would go to Western Canada and be put on tankers headed to China, says Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co head of macro research David Pursell. This would be a massive increase in tanker miles, meaning a greater potential to leak oil than a pipeline from Alberta to the Gulf Coast. David was a panelist at the BoyarMiller Perspectives on the Energy Industry Breakfast Forum last week, which examined energy from a logical and factual standpoint. Other panelists we snapped: GulfStar Group’s Tom Hargrove, Halliburton North America’s Stephen Ingram, and David and Lime Rock Partners’s Will Franklin.
