Prominent Corporate Attorney John Ransom Joins BoyarMiller as Shareholder

HOUSTON (March 22, 2021) – BoyarMiller, a Houston business and litigation law firm, announces that John Ransom, a distinguished business and transaction attorney with more than 40 years of experience, has joined the firm as a Shareholder.

Previously, John served in leadership positions with large regional law firms and was most recently the Houston chair of Jackson Walker’s Corporate & Securities practice group. He has a successful record of helping clients as a trusted legal counselor and business advisor. His knowledge and client base spans several industries including energy, healthcare, aviation, real estate, and manufacturing, among others.

He has decades of experience configuring upstream and midstream oil and gas ventures, joint ventures, as well as structuring master limited partnerships. He often acts as de facto general counsel for closely held private and family-owned businesses.
