The lawsuit centered almost entirely on alleged conduct that occurred outside the workplace during non-working hours and presented unique issues relating to the employer’s affirmative defense under the Faragher/Ellerth line of cases.

Represented a start-up hydrocarbon remediation company in connection with its formation, capitalization and international legal structuring for the purpose of international commercialization of new remediation Technology.

Majority recapitalization of a monitored security business by a private equity-controlled investor

Represented a provider of VoIP voice and data services in the merger with a value-added retailer of VoIP services in another market.

Representation of Management in the purchase of certain real estate and the outstanding equity interests in an injection molding and precision machining business from a private equity owner.

Pursuing claims on behalf of a Texas-geoscience company against a crime insurance policy carrier. A former employee defrauded the company by stealing more than $2 million worth of iPhones and Blackberries. The carrier denied coverage under a commercial crime policy.
