Won a jury verdict for an independent oil and gas exploration company for damages to one of its production platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. After a week-long trial, the jury awarded damages that were caused by another oil company’s crew boat running into the platform.

Represented private equity backed company in the workforce third-party administrator and toxicology lab business as lead merger and acquisition counsel in multiple acquisitions in furtherance of their growth by acquisition strategy.

Represented purchaser of land who, as part of joint venture, purchased undeveloped land in Laredo for construction of a large industrial facility

Lead counsel for Blackline Partner in connection with the formation of a joint venture with Artemis Real Estate to develop the Blackline Cold Storage facility

Lead outside counsel for largest AT&T dealer in the U.S., in connection with acquisitions and financing activities

Represented a Texas-based trucking business in its sale to a national private equity firm as part of their initial platform acquisition.

Represented the buyer of five (5) food franchise locations, with a purchase price of approximately $900,000. Drafted the asset purchase agreement and ancillary documents and served as the primary point of contact for the client.
