December Chairman’s Message | A Season of Service, Gratitude & Community

As we close out the year, BoyarMiller extends our heartfelt thanks to the clients, colleagues, and friends who make our work meaningful. This year has been active, rewarding, and full of purpose — and none of it would be possible without the dedication of our exceptional team.

In the spirit of generosity, December gave us a moment to pause and reflect on one of our core values: relentless dedication to service. This month, our team participated in the Houston Bar Association’s Adopt-a-Family program, helping bring gifts, support, and holiday cheer to a family in need.

We also continued a favorite annual tradition — our Pie in the Face fundraiser — where Senior Associate Alex Wolf, Of Counsel Ky Jurgenson, and Of Counsel Ashlee Ross took a friendly pie for a great cause. A little laughter goes a long way in supporting our community.

This season, we remain tremendously proud of our founder, Bill Boyar, who received the Chasing Excellence Board Award for his longstanding service to KIPP and its mission to prepare students to become leaders in their communities.
