BoyarMiller Chairman, Chris Hanslik discussed how the firm has maintained communication and office culture during the COVID-19 pandemic in a report published by The American Lawyer.

Hanslik says working remotely has not negatively impacted our 30-lawyer firm’s culture, but, he says lawyers had to adjust to communicating on Zoom and conference calls, because the firm’s working style is face-to-face and collaborative.

Hanslik says most of the firm’s lawyers and staff have been back in the office since early June. He’s realized that in-person communication is something he used to take for granted.
