Olivia Holley

Olivia Holley is an associate in the firm’s real estate group, where she supports clients across complex acquisition, sales, development, and leasing matters. Her prior industry experience gives her a practical perspective on the considerations that shape each transaction.

Before joining BoyarMiller, Olivia worked for a commercial real estate firm, preparing detailed lease abstracts and drafting assignments and renewal amendments. She also researched potential investment and development opportunities, gaining direct insight into the factors driving deal structure and execution.

Olivia received her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was named to the Dean’s List. She participated in the Student Bar Association and the Association of Women in Law, and she served as a Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with her family and friends.
