BoyarMiller Facilitates Growth Capital Investment in RPower, LLC by I Squared Capital

HOUSTON (June 5, 2023) – BoyarMiller is pleased to announce its role as special M&A counsel for a $400 million equity capital investment deal between its client, RPower LLC, and investment firm, I Squared Capital. The deal would fund growth initiatives including the development, construction, and ownership of distributed energy resources that provide resiliency and services to both the electric grid and commercial and industrial users.
