BoyarMiller Promotes Jet A. McGuire to Senior Associate

HOUSTON (Jan 9, 2026) – BoyarMiller is pleased to announce the promotion of Jet A. McGuire to Senior Associate, effective January 1.

Jet McGuire joined the firm in January 2021 as an Associate in the Corporate M&A Group, following participation in BoyarMiller’s summer associate program. Focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, Jet is committed to working meaningfully with both corporate clients and entrepreneurs to help them achieve desired outcomes. His practice includes successful resolution of diverse business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, conversions, restructuring, contract negotiations, complex aviation transactions and leasing arrangements, and general business matters.

He’s active in Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). He received his JD, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and is a graduate of Baylor University, cum laude.
