BoyarMiller Promotes Three Attorneys to Senior Associate

HOUSTON (January 10, 2019) – BoyarMiller announces that Lauren Black, P. Cyrus Chin and Lyndsay Fincher have been promoted to senior associates.

We are very proud of their individual accomplishments as they advance their careers with BoyarMiller.”

Lauren Black is a successful civil trial lawyer who joined the firm in 2015. She represents clients in a variety of industries including energy, construction and manufacturing. Black is a graduate of Georgetown University Law School.

Corporate attorney P. Cyrus Chin represents clients in all types of business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and general business matters. Prior to joining the firm’s Business Group in 2013, Chin worked in-house for several Houston oil and gas companies. He earned his JD from Northeastern University School of Law and his LLM from Temple University.

Also a member of the firm’s Business Group, Lyndsay Fincher’s practice includes representing clients in a wide range of corporate and real estate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private securities, corporate restructuring, and finance. She is currently a board member of Camp For All Foundation and is a founding member of the firm’s “5 to 9: A Women’s Initiative.” Fincher is a graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston.
