5 to 9 – A Women’s Initiative
BoyarMiller celebrates strong and talented women professionals and desires to foster their success and influence. Our mission is to proactively develop and implement initiatives to attract and retain women professionals within the firm, and to empower and promote exceptional women professionals in the business communities we serve.
Women’s Initiative Goals
We aim to:
- Mentor: Engage in regular, authentic communication to better understand and assess the professional needs and goals of women professionals
- Support: Implement creative, specific policies and opportunities to assist women professionals in their professional growth
- Develop: Train our women professionals to market their expertise through business-development mentoring and coaching
- Empower: Champion the accomplishments of women professionals and elevate them into meaningful internal and external leadership opportunities
Through these objectives and with the active engagement of men and women at all levels, we strive to create a collaborative and diverse environment in which the firm and its greatest assets—its people and our clients—can collectively grow and thrive.
