BoyarMiller Welcomes First Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON (February 06, 2024) – BoyarMiller announces that Shirley Hudler has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. This is the first time in the firm’s over 30 -year history that the role has existed. Hudler will lead the firm’s finance and accounting endeavors and will collaborate on the firm’s fiscal strategy.
Hudler served in the role of Director of Accounting with BoyarMiller since 2019. Prior to joining the firm, she had over three decades of industry and accounting experience, including in forensic accounting with KPMG, Houston. She has her BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and her MBA in Finance from University of Houston.
