The parent company of The Tasting Room Wine Café, MAX’s Wine Dive, and Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden, Lasco Enterprises has a one-word purpose statement: happiness.
Jerry Lasco, Founder, President and CEO, opened The Tasting Room at Uptown Park in 2003, and it was Houston’s first wine bar to also sell retail wine. Since then, the company successfully expanded with new concepts garnering numerous awards and accolades locally and nationally.
Chris Hanslik leads the BoyarMiller team in representation of Lasco Enterprises in litigation matters in Texas.
