BoyarMiller Announces Election of Two Shareholders
Firm continues growth and expansion of leadership
HOUSTON (June 1, 2015) – BoyarMiller, a leading business and litigation law firm, announces that two senior associates have been elected shareholders of the firm: litigator Andrew Pearce and business attorney Blake Royal.
“These outstanding lawyers embody the values of our firm in exceeding client expectations with excellent counsel, smart strategy and diligent actions,” said firm Chairman Chris Hanslik. “They both joined us from our law school clerk program and have grown with us to become shareholders. We are proud of their accomplishments and know their contributions will continue to drive our success.”
Andrew Pearce began with BoyarMiller’s Litigation Group in 2007 after clerking at the firm during law school. A second-career attorney, Pearce represents both individuals and corporations in all types of commercial and business litigation. He has been included on the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star list since 2013.
Blake Royal also joined the firm in 2007, following his clerkship, and has been involved in a variety of real estate and corporate transactions. His practice includes helping clients with capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and real estate financing. Royal has been included on the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star list since 2013.
